New guards require an initial 8 hours training (Power To Arrest/ Weapons of Mass Destruction / Terrorism Awareness course).
This class is conducted with a combination of workbook study, video's, discussion and class participation.

New Guards require an additional 8 hours of training in the first 30 days of employment. with an additional 8 hours within the first 6 months.of employment

8 hours refresher training is required each year to maintain a Guard Card
