What we do.......
We will assist you in developing a plan to suit your communities needs.
We realize each community has different needs, keeping this in mind we will do the following;

Patrol service: Uniformed Personnel Patrol your property in a clearly marked security vehicle providing a presence on your property. We will report suspicious persons and activities to the management and the Police as appropriate. We will also report items of a security and safety concerns such as lights being out, open doors, etc.
We will enforce the properties parking rules by issuing citations and/or arranging for a tow service to remove vehicles found in violation.
Monthly citation and tow reports provided as part of service.

Lock/Unlocks: We will lock and unlock recreation areas, clubhouses, etc at required times.

Alarm Responce: We are available for residential/commercial alarm response. contact your alarm monitoring service and List us as your response service.

Events: Services for events may be arranged.

Note; Immobilization of vehicles (booting) is no longer legal by private security in California, and will not be implemented.
